Step 1: Talk to Your Service Coordinator

Provide your service coordinator with the following details. We have included all the service codes that are available under the program:

  • Vendor Name: Builders of Eloquence and Engagement, LLC

  • Vendor Number: HQ2101 

  • Program Name: BEE Community Day Program

  • Service Code: 532

  • Supplemental Code: 110

  • Non-Ambulatory Code: 100NM​

  • Your service coordinator will verify eligibility.

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Once SDRC approves the service, you (or your family member) will be officially authorized to begin services with us.

We will receive the authorization directly from SDRC. 

Step 3: Intake & Enrollment

We’ll contact you to schedule an intake meeting. During this step:

  • We’ll review your goals and preferences.

  • Complete any necessary onboarding forms.

  • Answer any questions you may have about the program.
