Step 1: Talk to Your Service Coordinator

Let your SDRC Service Coordinator know that you’re interested in receiving services from our company.

🗣️ Ask them to authorize services using the following details:

  • Vendor Name: Builders of Eloquence and Engagement, LLC

  • Vendor Number: HQ2101 

  • Program Name: BEE Community

  • Service Code: 535

  • Extension Code (Sub-Code): 110

Your coordinator will verify eligibility and issue an authorization for services.

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Once SDRC approves the service, you (or your family member) will be officially authorized to begin services with us.

📄 We will receive the authorization directly from SDRC. 

Step 3: Intake & Enrollment

We’ll contact you to schedule an intake meeting. During this step:

  • We’ll review your goals and preferences.

  • Complete any necessary onboarding forms.

  • Answer any questions you may have about the program.
